Transfer in general
Transfer means a transportation of at least one passenger from pick-up point to your destination. You can choose between several types of private transfers and vehicles. Prices depend on the vehicle, target points and the distance between pick-up location and destination. The driver will wait for you at the agreed pick-up point with a sign with your name.
Swiss Vip Business Car Gmbh offers online reservation system through which web site visitors can book a transfer or an excursion. When you book through our web site, you are entering a legally binding contract. Our services are for personal, noncommercial use, therefore data download or reproduction is not allowed. All content, information, software, products or services that you will find on our website are intended for commercial or promotional activities.
A person, who makes a booking on our website, must be over 18 years old. The statement is posted online on the website swissvipcar.com. The customer who makes a reservation is responsible for given personal data in the contract. The reservation must be made 4 hours prior to transfer for Zurich, Basel, Lucerne, Zug and 24 hours prior for Geneva, Lugano, Laussane and Samedan.
For a successful booking we need your credit card details, to guarantee your booking. After you provide us with the details of your reservation, it will be automatically confirmed and we will send you a written confirmation by e-mail. We can assure you that all your personal data is taken very seriously and is strictly protected in our system. We will not misuse the credit card data in any way or pass on your personal information to someone.
Confirmation email – In case that you have not received your confirmation email, or your booking details have been entered inaccurately, please contact us. All data provided by you will appear in your confirmation e-mail. Please print out your confirmation and have them with you.
Payment invoice – Once your transaction is completed and you have received confirmation by e-mail, your credit card is being charged for the 100% of the total amount of your booking. You will receive an instant payment confirmation on your e-mail address that the transaction is completed and that money has been paid from your account.
Privacy of credit
We need your credit card to carry out the reservation, payment or billing. All these data, as well as the price is in the confirmation. To protect the credit card data, we use “Secure Sockets Layer” (SSL) technology and your data is completely safe. The SSL encryption system is tested, and it encrypts your data before you send it.
Security in carriage
All vehicles for the transfer have been tested and insured in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
The offerer insures that the transfer is professional and in accordance with the transportation rules and the laws of Switzerland.
In case that the transfer is not completed, your money will be refunded within 24 days.

The standard luggage is a large suitcase and one carry-on per person. If you have more luggage please notify us in advance.
Cancellation and change of reservation
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to two days prior to the transfer, and the full amount will be refunded. Any change of date can be done at no extra cost, and changes such as the pick-up point, the destination and the vehicle will be charged in accordance with prices on our page. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all the data is correct. In case your data is incorrect, there can be no money refund. In case of no show the total amount will be charged. If the period between reservation and service was shorter than 2 days, the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of delays and missed flight/ferry/ train/ bus involved in the movement:
If you miss a flight (or other means of transport) due to congestion or other traffic conditions, for which can Swiss Vip Business Car Gmbh transfer service be not blamed directly, Swiss Vip Business Car Gmbh cannot be held responsible, neither can reimburse financial losses.
If Swiss Vip Business Car Gmbh directly caused your delay (e.g, a flat tire, no gas, late arrival, etc.), the loss will be reimbursed.
The departure times from/to the airport or to other destinations are nearly suggestions of our agents and have been created for standard routes and normal traffic conditions. You can choose whether to accept the recommended time, or you can change it at any time, if you believe that you may need more time.
In compliance with the aforementioned terms and conditions, we take responsibility only for direct damage occurred in connection with our services. Swiss Vip Business Car Gmbh, or its officers, directors, employees or agents are not to be held liable for creating, sponsoring, promoting or any possible incriminating web site content, direct or indirect loss or damage, loss of contracts or any inaccuracy relating to the information described on our website. The drivers reserve the right to terminate the transfer at any time, in case that the customer is behaving inappropriately or is drunk. In such cases and in the case of damage law enforcement and damage claims follow.

We undertake your name, address, email and credit card information, which we need for the booking, not to lead to a third party without your permission.
